How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

All Monolight Saunas ship from our Los Angeles warehouse and are delivered via freight carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most customers within the continental United States receive their order within 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery may not be available to certain remote locations, islands, or areas with limited freight access. Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for standard shipping, please contact our team before placing your order.

Monolight Saunas are delivered via curbside freight service.

Due to the size and weight of the shipment, at least two adults must be present to receive and move the boxes after delivery.

- Sauna One (1 Person) and Sauna Duo (1–2 Person) are delivered in two boxes.
- Sauna Pro (2 Person) is delivered in three boxes.

The freight carrier is responsible for delivering the shipment to the curb or the end of your driveway. The driver will unload the pallet but is not responsible for moving the boxes into your home, garage, or installation area.

When your order arrives, please inspect the exterior of the box(es) before signing for delivery. Note any visible dents, scratches, tears, or other signs of damage on the delivery receipt.

If you notice a large puncture, hole, or significant damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment and contact our support team immediately.

You may return your sauna within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team.
To qualify for a return, the sauna must be:

- Unused
- In new condition
- Returned in its original packaging

Returns received without an approved RMA number cannot be accepted.

Every Monolight Sauna includes a 2-year limited warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Coverage includes:
- Sauna structure and framework
- Electrical components
- Control systems and internal electronics

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If you experience a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our support team will work with you to provide replacement parts or an appropriate solution.

Product & Features

The sauna is made from premium Canadian Hemlock wood.

It is designed for durability, natural heat insulation, and a comfortable indoor experience. The structure includes reinforced wood panels and a tempered glass door for a modern, clean design.

An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body directly, rather than heating the air around you.

This creates a more gentle and comfortable heat experience, often preferred for longer, more relaxed sessions.
