Monolight Sauna Giveaway 2026 — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Sponsor. Monolight Wellness LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.
  3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 8, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.
  4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:
    1. Instagram: During the Entry Period, like the official Giveaway post on @monolightsaunas, comment on that post tagging at least three (3) other Instagram users, and complete the entry by submitting a valid email address through the direct message sent by Sponsor and confirming it via the confirmation link emailed to that address.
    2. Website: During the Entry Period, visit monolightsauna.com/pages/giveaway and submit the entry form with your first name and a valid email address, then confirm it via the confirmation link emailed to that address.

    Both methods receive equal consideration. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method.

  5. Bonus Entry. An entrant who has completed an entry may earn one (1) additional entry by sharing the official Giveaway post to their Instagram story and tagging @monolightsaunas during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person. Story shares must be visible to Sponsor’s account to be counted.
  6. Prize. One (1) grand prize: one (1) Monolight infrared sauna of the winner’s choice from the following models, with standard curbside liftgate delivery within the eligible area: ONE (ARV $1,899), DUO (ARV $2,399) or PRO (ARV $2,999). Maximum ARV: $2,999 plus delivery. Installation, assembly assistance, electrical work, permits and any costs not expressly listed are the winner’s responsibility. The prize is non-transferable; no cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a model is unavailable.
  7. Winner Selection and Odds. On or about November 9, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email and Instagram direct message on or about November 9, 2026, and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is found ineligible or does not return the documents on time, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
  9. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.
  10. Conditions. Entries that are automated, incomplete, fraudulent, made with multiple or fake accounts or email addresses, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, city and state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  12. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, delivery or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
  13. Instagram / Meta. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability. Questions should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
  14. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at monolightsauna.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time.
  15. Cancellation. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select the winner from eligible entries received before that action.
  16. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
  17. Winner’s Name. For the winner’s first name and state, send an email to support@monolightsauna.com with the subject “Giveaway 2026 Winner” by December 31, 2026.
